There is variety of outstanding food for breakfast.

I liked the unusual and popular hotel.

Magnificent location on the bay side from the opening of the bridge, friendly staff, everything was good. The room was neat and newly remodelled with long curtains, 2 full beds and bathrooms, could leave my car on-site. Location: the hotel was close enough to many shops, the Wes tower and supermarkets. Having different complimentary drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch.

The staff here were friendly, always ready to help, and the room had a great ocean view.

The location is perfect. You can take a bus for Miami Beach walking just 2 blocks. Also, You can take a bus in the corner if you want to go to Aventura Mall / La ubicación muy buena. Puedes tomar bus a Miami Beach y al centro comercial de Aventura

The swimming pool is great and the location on the beach is unbeatable.

The sanitary facilities in the pool area are very dirty, WIFI practically only works in the lobby. We had no internet at all in the room or nobody took care of it despite repeated complaints. Also in the pool area there was very rarely working WiFi. We have stayed in this hotel several times and are always very satisfied, but this year the standard has dropped considerably, the price-performance ratio is no longer correct.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the attention to detail was impressive, especially considering the price. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and I felt well taken care of. Secondly, the location was fantastic. Being right on the beach gave me easy access to the sand and ocean, and the view from my room was breathtaking. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were just what I needed. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, with a special mention to the bath which was in great condition and a perfect way to relax after a long day. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The best part of the stay was the ocean view and pool area

Great location inbetween North and South Beach. Situated on ocean front. Shops and restaurants within 10 min walking Safe area. Hotel kept immaculately clean. Good level of security, always fealt safe , all staff excellent, bar and restaurant reasonable prices. Rooms in need of refurbishment/ decoration due to age, however, very clean, beds comfortable. Rooms cleaned everyday to a good standard. Pool cleaned everyday, pool was always warm, pool area clean. This hotel is good value for money, but remember that it is a budget hotel not 5 star. This is an honest review and I would reccommend this hotel to families with children or couples who want value for money. Ignore the negative reviews which do not give an accurate reflection of this place.

This place is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Venezia Grill, where you can enjoy evening drinks. It also serves as a great starting point to explore the surrounding area of Miami Beach.

Popular beachside hotel for 6 nights in Miami Beach. Neat rooms with 2 full beds available. - Lovely pool, parking on-site. - Late check-out. - Good stay, as always.

We enjoyed the oceanview and accessability to the ocean. Grocery store was close (with free parking)!

The room was next to the elevator and the orther guests were noisy!!!!!! the room door did not fit the frame. The breakfest was lesss than par for a continental, bananas were extremely bruised. Just remember to cook in your room always the better option with this hotel, parking was not included and always extra charges, tip. Obviously non professionals trying to perform the maintenece on this building as no no measures to clean up paint spills, excess paint and multiple layers of paint.

I traveled with my wife and ten year old son. We really had a wonderful time in the hotel. We enjoyed the beach and swimming pool a lot. Location is fantastic. The room was clean and towels were changed every day. The staff was very kind, especially Willie (the bartender). The Vallet Parking guys were always fast to get your car ready for you. I would come back to this place again and would recomend it to friends. It is not a luxury place but it worths what you pay.

Breakfast is included as a continental service, the buffett menu could have more choices, if not, you have to pay for eggs, bacon and so on, things that are usually included on a buffett table. The prices for food in the restaurant is expensive, quality is good though.

The location on the bay side, just a short walk from the bridge, provides a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and provides good service, ensuring that basic amenities are well taken care of. The rooms with two full beds are slightly in better condition, and in particular, the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. It's also a bonus that breakfast is included, adding to the overall convenience.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.
